Log Cabining

Sundays are for Afghans but if you are close enough to finishing Monday's can pitch in as well. Here's the latest photo I have of the log cabin blanket.

I crocheted an edge on it, finishing last night, and man are my hands sore. Does that happen to anyone else? I did a single crochet edge and decided it wasn't prominent enough so I added a double crochet. I really like it. I'll show off the FO once I get the fabric sewn onto the back.

It looks awesome!!! The purple border looks great and I'm so glad that you decided to go with the mitered squares in the corners!! Way to go Michelle!

It looks great! I like the color selection! I have only crocheted a bit, like edging around squares and it definitely made my finger(s) sore.

ho dang! that'll make a great tummy time blankie, or lap blankie, or... any kind of blankie! if I haven't crocheted in awhile, my hands hurt too (if i do a bunch)

Great job!! You have finished two log cabin afghans before I finished mine! I need some snow days to catch up! :) Maybe tomorrow!

You did a great job on the blanket and the mitered edges with each color was inspired! You're so clever and it really ties in all the colors in the blanket. It's beautiful.

Wow - I love it! Especially the squares at the corners - I'll have to remember that for my next one.
